It looks like People with Ward Burton and Joe Nemechek have switched to different cars. The rules consider this a released driver like what had happened with Steve Parks and Jeff Green. If you have Ward or Joe you MUST let me know if you are staying with the driver or His car by Thursday Night 10-23-03.
If I do not here from you I will consider that you are staying with the Driver Ward or Joe.

About the new caution rule, I think it depends where the accident is. If its before the start finish line and racing back could cause another accident then I agree with the rule. I think if their is nothing in the way then they should race back.

RICHMOND, Va. (AP) -- A direct hit against the wall in Winston Cup practice at Richmond International Raceway left Jerry Nadeau critically injured and the NASCAR community in a somber mood.
The accident occurred a few hours before the Busch Series race on the track Friday night, and drivers temporarily pushed it from their minds.
Jerry Nadeau remained in critical condition at a Richmond hospital Saturday after suffering injuries in a single-car crash during a practice at Richmond on Friday
JASON KELLER will drive for the injured Jerry Nadeau in Saturday's Pontiac Excitement 400, a spokesperson for Keller said after Friday night's Hardee's 250 NASCAR Busch Series race.
Keller practiced Nadeau's No. 01 U.S. Army Pontiac car in Happy Hour on Friday afternoon. Keller, who has competed in 298 Busch Series races, will be making his Winston Cup debut.

I want to go on record to Protest the decision made by the Commissioner. I have no problem with Casablanca, his corrections were made before midnight. KC Racing should have caught his OWN mistake. Hello , race fans . A few problems have arised involing casablanca & Kc Racing . KC Racing had a driver change and he must of hit another button in group 7 and select driver came up . This is not changing two drivers . He still has Park . Casablanca did pick two drivers but the mistake was caught before the midnight cut off . He e-mailed DID IT AGAIN (WEB - MAN) with his fix before the cutoff - timed & stamped . DID IT is not going to check for mistakes but if he sees one he'll tell me and i will get it resolved . The Information regarding Need a Miracle has been placed back on the site. This information was in review by the Commissioner. Because of this problem, we will add these to the rules to make no misunderstanding of what the ruling is.
4 Week Entry Mistakes: If you choose the same driver twice during the four week picks, the first race for the duplicate driver will count and his score will be used, the following race or races that the duplicate driver was assigned will receive 43 points as if the driver came in last place.
8 Week Entry Mistakes: If you change drivers in more than one driver group or change drivers that are not within the same group during the 8 week driver change, you will forfeit your driver change and your previous 8 week entries will be carried over.

It has been determined that Need A Miracle has Picked Jeremy Mayfield twice for weeks 6 and 8. The rules state that you can not use the same driver twice in a four week period, so he will receive 43 point for the 2nd race that he used Jeremy Mayfield, as though he Failed to Qualify.
As the Rules State Below.
TEAM SELECTIONS: Your drivers will be setup on a 4 week rotation using (2) drivers each week with the 9th driver on your team being the alternate. You can not use the same driver twice in a 4 week rotation
FAILING TO QUALIFY: If a driver fails to make the field for a particular race you will receive 43 points, the same as if you would have finished in last place. You may not use an alternate in this case.

FYI: Quadracer Entered His picks After The 12:00 Midnight cutoff Because He was not setup in the system in time. I was on the phone with him making his picks today and I know he didn’t get to do any preparation for the races he just winged it! I don’t want to penalize him for being late.
